Free 1 month iQIYI Standard VIP Subscription Promotion

  1. Promotion is valid till further notice.

StarHub TV+ box  

  1. Applicable for StarHub TV+ and HomeHub+ customers only.
  2. A rental fee of $5.96/month per set top box apply, unless otherwise stated.
  3. StarHub Fibre Broadband with Smart WiFi (Nokia Beacon 1 Wi-Fi mesh router))/Smart WiFi Pro (Linksys MX4200) are required to enjoy free-to-air channels on the TV+ box.
  4. New customers may watch their subscribed channels on the StarHub TV+ app or web with their Hub iD before the delivery of the TV+ box.
  5. Recontract customers may continue watching their existing channels on the Fibre TV set-top box until the day before the TV+ box delivery. On the day of delivery, customer may watch their newly subscribed channels on the StarHub TV+ app or web with their Hub iD before the delivery of the TV+ box.
  6. As TV+ and HomeHub+ service cannot be supported by Fibre TV set-top box, it is recommended that recontract customers arrange for the delivery of TV+ box on the Fibre activation date to minimise service disruption.

Return of Fibre TV Set-top Box

  1. Customers who have recontracted to StarHub TV+ or HomeHub+ are required to return their existing Fibre TV set-top box(es), along with the remote control(s) and power cable(s) within 7 days from their sign-up date.
  2. Customers may prepare the equipment for StarHub’s collection upon the delivery of their TV+ box (if any). Alternatively, customers may drop off the equipment at any of these 4 StarHub Shops during operating hours – Plaza Singapura, Tampines Mall, Nex and Jurong Point.
  3. Failing to do so, an equipment loss charge will apply.
  4. StarHub reserves the rights to revise any of these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.

 

New sign ups with Coupon Code with 1Gbps/2Gbps Fibre Broadband

  1. Promotion is valid till further notice. 
  2. For new StarHub Broadband subscribers only.

  1. Promotion is valid till 30 September 2023 with sign up to selected Broadband plans. 
  2. This promotion is open to all new customers signing up for selected 1Gbps/ 2Gbps/ UltraSpeed plans, and existing StarHub broadband customers who recontract to UltraSpeed. To be eligible to receive the Free 3 months Sports+ voucher, customers must not be an existing Sports+ subscriber.
  3. An SMS containing a voucher code to redeem for Free 3 months Sports+ will be sent to eligible customers within 5 days from successful sign up of applicable Broadband plans.
  4. Customers are to redeem the free 3 months Sports+ voucher within 30 days from the date of the SMS. Voucher will expire after 30 days and no replacement voucher will be issued.

Filipino+ Free 3-months offer

  1. All new residential customers subscribing to Filipino+ TV+ pass on a 24-month contract are eligible to sign up for the Filipino+ free 3-months offer (“Promotion”). The Promotion does not apply to residential customers re-contracting to Filipino+ TV+ pass.
  2. The monthly subscription charge for Filipino+ TV+ pass will be $0 for the first 3-months. Thereafter, you will be billed $15.14 per month (inclusive of GST) from the 4th months onwards.  
  3. Early Termination Charge is applicable in the event of service termination after the first 3-months.
  4. This Promotion is valid from 26 September 2023 to 25 December 2023.
  5. StarHub reserves the sole and absolute right to determine the customer's eligibility for this Promotion based on the customer’s records and documents submitted for verification. StarHub’s decision shall be final and binding.

  2. Promotion of one FREE mobile plan is included for all new and re-contract customers who sign up for any Mobile+ $69/$99/$129/$169 2-year plan, 4G $55 2-year plan, 4G $25 SIM Only 1-year plan, 4G $25 SIM Only no contract or 2-year Broadband, Entertainment or HomeHub Plus plan via StarHub Shops only.

3 months Amazon Prime Membership on us Promotion

  1. Promotion is valid till further notice. 
  2. This Promotion is applicable to all new and re-contracting residential customers subscribing to the following StarHub Services and Plans:
    • StarHub TV+ on a 12-month or 24-month contract;
    • 1Gbps or 2Gbps StarHub Fibre Broadband on a 24-month contract; or
    • HomeHub+ 1G or 2G on a 24-month contract.
  3. Customers can enjoy the first 3 months of Amazon Prime membership on us. You will be charged the then-current monthly charge (currently $2.99/month inclusive of GST) from the 4th month onwards.
  4. Customers need to activate the Amazon Prime membership via My StarHub App within 30 days, upon receiving the SMS and/or email notification from StarHub.  As part of the activation process, customers are required to create an Amazon account with a valid email address or mobile number and password upon re-direction to the Amazon website.

HomeHub+ 1G / 2G: Sports+ and Premier+ bundle with Free 1 Year Broadband

  • Eligibility: All new residential customers without an existing StarHub Fibre Broadband service are eligible to sign up for HomeHub+ 1G / 2G: Sports+ and Premier+ bundle with Free 1 Year Broadband (“Promotion”) valid with a 24-month contract.
  • This Promotion subscription includes the following services:
    • StarHub TV+: Sports+ and Premier+; and
    • HomeHub+ 1G Bundle: 1000Mbps Fibre Broadband and Netflix Standard Plan; or
    • HomeHub+ 2G Bundle: 2000Mbps Fibre Broadband and Netflix Premium Plan.
  • The monthly subscription charges for Sports+ and Premier+ will be billed at a discounted rate of $42.99 (inclusive of GST) for 24 months. Thereafter, you will be billed for Sports+ and Premier+ at their prevailing rates from the 25th month onwards.
  • The monthly subscription charges for HomeHub+ 1G Bundle or HomeHub+ 2G Bundle will be free for the first 12 months. Thereafter, you will be billed $48.35 or $68.53 (inclusive of GST) respectively from the 13th month onwards.
  • As part of this Promotion, you will not be able to cancel Sports+ and Premier+ from StarHub TV+ during the contract period.

Free 1 Year 1Gbps / 2Gbps Broadband with Premier+ bundle

  • Eligibility: All new residential customers without an existing StarHub Fibre Broadband service are eligible to sign up for Free 1 Year Broadband with Premier+ bundle (“Promotion”) valid with a 24-month contract.
  • This Promotion subscription includes the following services:
    • StarHub TV+: Premier+ and complimentary Starter+ Pass; and
    • 1000Mbps Fibre Broadband or 2000Mbps Fibre Broadband.
  • The monthly subscription charges for this Promotion will be $25.22 (inclusive of GST) for the first 12 months. Thereafter, you will be billed $68.52 (inclusive of GST) for the 1Gbps Broadband bundle, or $80.63 (inclusive of GST) for the 2Gbps Broadband bundle respectively from the 13th month onwards.
  • As part of this Promotion, you will enjoy complimentary access to Starter+ Pass for the duration that your Premier+ subscription remains active. The usual subscription fee for Starter+ Pass is $5.04 (inclusive of GST) per month. You will not be able to cancel Premier+ from StarHub TV+ during the contract period.
  • If you sign up for the Free 1 Year 1Gbps Broadband with Premier+ bundle via our Online Store, you will be notified via SMS and/or email to activate the 1Gbps Fibre Broadband service within 14 days. Otherwise, your Premier+ subscription will revert to the usual price of $40.36 (inclusive of GST) per month.

  2. A rental fee of $5.96/month per set top box apply, unless otherwise stated.
  3. StarHub Fibre Broadband with Smart WiFi (Nokia Beacon 1 Wi-Fi mesh router))/Smart WiFi Pro (Linksys MX4200) are required to enjoy free-to-air channels on the TV+ box.
  4. New customers may watch their subscribed channels on the StarHub TV+ app or web with their Hub iD before the delivery of the TV+ box.
  5. Recontract customers may continue watching their existing channels on the Fibre TV set-top box until the day before the TV+ box delivery. On the day of delivery, customer may watch their newly subscribed channels on the StarHub TV+ app or web with their Hub iD before the delivery of the TV+ box.
  6. As TV+ and HomeHub+ service cannot be supported by Fibre TV set-top box, it is recommended that recontract customers arrange for the delivery of TV+ box on the Fibre activation date to minimise service disruption.

Return of Fibre TV Set-top Box

  1. Customers who have recontracted to StarHub TV+ or HomeHub+ are required to return their existing Fibre TV set-top box(es), along with the remote control(s) and power cable(s) within 7 days from their sign-up date.
  2. Customers may prepare the equipment for StarHub’s collection upon the delivery of their TV+ box (if any). Alternatively, customers may drop off the equipment at any of these 4 StarHub Shops during operating hours – Plaza Singapura, Tampines Mall, Nex and Jurong Point.
  3. Failing to do so, an equipment loss charge will apply.
