Free CyberProtect 3 Subscription Promotion

1. Promotion is valid till further notice.
2. Customers must sign up or recontract to either UltraSpeed 3Gbps, 5Gbps or 10Gbps broadband plan to enjoy the promotion.
3. This is a limited-time promotion offering CyberProtect 3 for free when you sign up for or recontract to selected StarHub UltraSpeed broadband plans:
   • Enjoy 12 months free CyberProtect 3 with 5Gbps or 10Gbps UltraSpeed broadband plans
   • The CyberProtect 3 Subscription bundled with this broadband promotion comes with a 12-month contract term basis. The Broadband service will remain on a 24-month contract basis.
   • The free 12-month CyberProtect 3 subscription is automatically bundled with eligible 5Gbps and 10Gbps broadband plans and cannot be removed during the initial 12-month period.
4. Enjoy 3 months free CyberProtect 3 with 3Gbps UltraSpeed broadband plan
5. The free subscription will commence from the date the CyberProtect 3 welcome email is sent.
6. Customers will be charged $5.08/month (inclusive of GST) from the 13th month onwards unless the service is cancelled before renewal.
7. This promotion cannot be used to offset any existing subscription charges, service-related charges (e.g. equipment, activation, termination), or any outstanding balances due to StarHub.
8. This promotion is non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
9. Unless otherwise specified, this promotion is not valid with other discounts, promotions, special bundles, or offers.

Free 1 month iQIYI Standard VIP Subscription Promotion

1. Promotion is valid till further notice. 
2. The promo only applies to iQIYI Standard VIP Plan.
3. Customers need to sign up to iQIYI as an add on under StarHub TV+ or standalone internet TV subscription via StarHub TV+ store in order to enjoy the promo.
4. Customers will be charged $8.98/mth (inclusive of GST) from the second month onwards.
5. This Promotion cannot be used to offset any existing subscription charges, service-related charges such as device, equipment, activation, termination or any outstanding balances due to StarHub.
6. This Promotion is non-exchangeable for cash or kind, is non-refundable and non-transferable.
7. Unless we specify otherwise, this Promotion is not available with other discounts, promotions, special packages or offers.

StarHub TV+ box  

1. Applicable for StarHub TV+ and HomeHub+ customers only.
2. A rental fee of $6.01/month per set top box apply, unless otherwise stated.
3. New customers may watch their subscribed channels on the StarHub TV+ app or web with their Hub iD before the delivery of the TV+ box.
4. Recontract customers may continue watching their existing channels on the Fibre TV set-top box until the day before the TV+ box delivery. On the day of delivery, customer may watch their newly subscribed channels on the StarHub TV+ app or web with their Hub iD before the delivery of the TV+ box.
5. As TV+ and HomeHub+ service cannot be supported by Fibre TV set-top box, it is recommended that recontract customers arrange for the delivery of TV+ box on the Fibre activation date to minimise service disruption.

Return of Fibre TV Set-top Box

1. Customers who have recontracted to StarHub TV+ or HomeHub+ are required to return their existing Fibre TV set-top box(es), along with the remote control(s) and power cable(s) within 7 days from their sign-up date.
2. Customers may prepare the equipment for StarHub’s collection upon the delivery of their TV+ box (if any). Alternatively, customers may drop off the equipment at any of these 4 StarHub Shops during operating hours – Paragon, Tampines Mall, Nex and Jurong Point.
3. Failing to do so, an equipment loss charge will apply.
4. StarHub reserves the rights to revise any of these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.

FREE Welcome Plan for 2 years

1. Promotion is valid till further notice.
2. Promotion of one FREE mobile plan is included for all new and re-contract customers who sign up for any Mobile+ $69/$99/$129/$169 2-year plan, 4G $55 2-year plan, 4G $25 SIM Only 1-year plan, 4G $25 SIM Only no contract or 2-year Broadband, Entertainment or HomeHub Plus plan via StarHub Shops only.
3. Promotion of one FREE mobile plan is applicable to all new and re-contract customers who sign up for any Mobile+ $69/$99/$129/$169 2-year plan, 4G $55 2-year plan via StarHub Online Store.
4. This promotion is not valid for change of plan via My StarHub App or My Account Manager.
5. This mobile plan is issued as an additional new mobile line with a mobile number and is free for the initial 24 consecutive months, thereafter $8.15/month is chargeable unless otherwise terminated.
6. This mobile plan comes with 1GB and 50 outgoing minutes. Excess data and voice charges are applicable upon utilization of plan bundle.
7. All StarHub’s Mobile Terms and Conditions and fair usage policies apply, as listed in starhub.com/mobiletnc. StarHub reserves the right to amend Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

Broadband Device Bundle Promotion

Free Star Plan M

1. The Free Star Plan M promotion is available to new customers who sign up for a StarHub Broadband plan  with a Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 FE (5G + WiFi) 128GB during the campaign period.

2. Each eligible customer will receive an SMS containing a unique promo code to redeem 3 months of Free  Star Plan M.

3. The promo code must be redeemed within 1 month from the date of SMS.

4. The Free Star Plan M subscription is valid for 3 months from the date of activation.

5. After the 3-month free period, the plan will automatically convert to a paid Star Plan M subscription at the  prevailing monthly rate, unless the customer terminates it via the StarHub App before the end of the free  period.

6. This offer is non-transferable and limited to one redemption per eligible Broadband account.

7. The promo code is not exchangeable for cash, credit, or other products and services.

8. StarHub reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion or amend these Terms &  Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Broadband Top-up Devices Promotion

1. Promotion is valid while stocks last. In the event that the originally offered device is out of stock or the promotion has ended, StarHub reserves the right to replace it with a newer model of the same device category at the same top-up price, based on the prevailing promotion at the time of fulfilment.
2. Promotion is open to all customers signing up/re-contracting to eligible StarHub’s Broadband or HomeHub plans with a 24-month contract.
3. Monthly Equipment Installation is subjected to customer’s eligibility.
4. Free / Top-up devices will be based on the Broadband or HomeHub+ plan, refer to table above.
5. Limited to maximum 1 Free / top-up device per plan per service address.
6. Free / Top-up Device is not refundable or exchangeable for cash and cannot be replaced with other Devices upon sign up.
7. Customers who have signed up or topped up for a device and have not received it within 1 month from their service activation date are required to contact StarHub within this period for assistance. Requests raised beyond this timeframe may not be accommodated.
8. Eligible customers will receive a Whatsapp from StarHub’s fulfilment partner to arrange for delivery of the Free Device within 10 days of their broadband installation.
9. Free delivery will be provided for the Devices.
10. Customers who miss the free delivery attempt by the courier company at the agreed appointment date and time will be charged $59.95 (with GST) by the appointed courier company for each subsequent attempt to deliver the free Device. Delivery date and time for the re-delivery will be based on availability.
11. StarHub will not be liable for any incidental or indirect damages/injuries related to the free Device.
12. Service Terms and Conditions for Broadband apply. StarHub reserves the right to amend Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

Merdeka Exclusive Offer: 50% off Premier+ (8 August 2025 to 17 August 2025)

• Eligibility: All new residential customers who belong to the Merdeka Generation are eligible to sign up for the Merdeka Exclusive Offer: 50% off Premier+ (“Promotion”) either as a Standalone Service or with a StarHub TV+ Pass (excluding Starter+) valid with a 24-month contract. “Merdeka Generation” refers to Singapore citizens who (a) were born on or from 1 January 1950 to 31 December 1959.
• Offer is valid for new sign ups from 8 August 2025 to 17 August 2025 and is only available at StarHub shops.
• If you sign up for this Promotion as a Standalone Service, the monthly subscription charges for Premier+ will be billed at $20.36 (inclusive of GST).

In the event of the above mention promotion termination , Optical Network Terminal (ONT) device provided will need to be returned to StarHub. 

Freebies

• Each SMS sent by StarHub in relation to the redemption of the Freebie will only entitle you to one (1) Freebie.
• The Freebie, or any part thereof, shall not be transferable, exchangeable, redeemable or substituted for cash or other benefits. In addition, StarHub makes no warranty whatsoever as to the Freebie, including without limitation, the availability, quality, and fitness for purpose, or the use or consumption thereof or any other implied terms or conditions with respect to the Freebie.
• StarHub is not and shall not be deemed to be the seller or transferor of the Freebies. The Freebies shall be subject to such other terms and conditions as may be imposed by the relevant sponsors, merchants and/or suppliers of the Freebies (“Freebie Terms”). Each Winner agrees to be bound by such Freebie Terms.
