In addition, StarHub customers can get free access to Wireless@SG services through a Memorandum of Understanding reached between StarHub and QMax Communications. This collaboration will see QMax Communications extending its Free Basic Wireless@SG accounts to all StarHub customers. At the same time, QMax Wireless@SG subscribers can also access all StarHub hotspots for free. QMAX Communications is one of three wireless operators chosen by the Infocom Development Authority of Singapore (IDA) to develop the national wireless broadband network under the Wireless@SG initiative.

Lastly, for a promotional period, StarHub customers will enjoy free international roaming to 12,000 new Wi-Fi hotspots in India, Germany, UK, Austria, Czech Republic and The Netherlands via StarHub's partnerships with members of the global WBA. The promotion - which starts today - will last until the end of March 2007.

With these latest initiatives by StarHub, customers will be able to enjoy wireless broadband access at all these hotspots using just their existing Hub ID or Gee! accounts without the hassle and confusion of multiple hotspot accounts and passwords.
