Enjoy three days of free access to over 130 exciting StarHub TV channels
Singapore, 27 December 2010 – This year, Singaporeans can look forward to more than just festive feasting and count-down parties to usher in the New Year, as StarHub TV will be offering a free preview of over 130 channels to celebrate the special occasion with its customers! The free preview aims to reward StarHub TV customers and their families with more entertainment choices during this holiday period.
From 31 December 2010 (12 noon) to 3 January 2011 (12 noon), viewers can look forward to free access of the exciting content available on over 130 StarHub TV channels ranging from world news, Chinese infotainment, sports and movies to education, entertainment, kids, lifestyle and international programmes [1]. Viewers will be able to experience the count-down celebration from across different cities around the world such as Korea, Japan, Taipei, Hong Kong, Berlin and New York City, as StarHub TV brings the live telecasts of these events exclusively to local screens.
Other key programmes that viewers can enjoy during this preview period include exciting entertainment programmes like American Music Awards on STAR World (StarHub TV Channel 501), One Million Star Concert Special <超级星光大道演唱会> on E City (StarHub TV Channel 825), blockbuster movies such as The Twilight Saga: New Moon on STAR Movies (StarHub TV Channel 622) and NBA matches 'LIVE' on SuperSports (StarHub TV Channel 202). There are also ethnic content such as New Year Special: Syurgamu Ramadan and Ishqiya on Sensasi (StarHub TV Channel 123) and Zee Cinema (StarHub TV Channel 130) respectively.
