Experience the upsized and improved Qiang Dang Yu Le Pack with the addition of Hub Drama First and the enhanced TVB Jade
Singapore, 30 August 2018 – Starting from 1 September 2018, StarHub TV customers will be able to catch a greater variety of Asian first-run dramas, sitcoms and infotainment programmes with the revamped Hub Drama First (StarHub TV Channel 860) and TVB Jade (StarHub TV Channel 838). With the enhancement of TVB Jade to a 24/7 Cantonese channel, StarHub TV customers will be the first in Singapore to enjoy a 100% Cantonese channel. Hub Drama First will be added into the Qiang Dang Yu Le Pack at no additional cost.
The new and improved Hub Drama First is set to become the one-stop channel for the most up-to-date Asian dramas. Customers can look forward to catching five express titles on Hub Drama First at any-one-time, which includes titles from Hong Kong, China, Korea, Japan and Taiwan, making the VOD channel the first TV platform to show these programmes in Singapore.
Previously known as TVBJ, TVB Jade is a 24-hour Cantonese channel showing concurrent dramas and sitcoms, as well as the latest variety and infotainment programmes from TVB. Customers can now enjoy 24 hours of non-stop Cantonese entertainment and more with catch-up available for their favourite programmes. Hub Cantonese VOD (StarHub TV Channel 839) will be the companion catch-up channel to TVB Jade, giving viewers access to all the first run programmes in HD anytime, within seven days of telecast. Customers can also catch TVB E-news on Hub Cantonese VOD and stay up to date with the latest celebrity buzz from Asia.
In addition to these enhancements, Hub Drama First was added into the Qiang Dang Yu Le Pack on 28 August 2018. Customers subscribed to the Qiang Dang Yu Le Pack can enjoy all the content on Hub Drama First at no additional cost. Customers subscribed to both Hub Drama First and the Qiang Dang Yu Le Pack will be informed of these changes by 1 September 2018. This inclusion reinforces Qiang Dang Yu Le Pack as the go to destination for Asian content, with a variety of the hottest Asian titles and movies from TVB Jade, Hub VV Drama, tvN Movies and more.
