StarHub is the winner of five categories and joint winner for four in Opensignal Singapore MobileNetwork Experience Report

Singapore, 29 November 2023 – StarHub has once again been recognised as ‘Singapore’s most awarded network’ in the Opensignal Singapore Mobile Network Experience Report. StarHub was awarded ‘Winner’ in the categories of Video Experience, Live Video Experience, Games Experience, Download Speed Experience and Consistent Quality, while also being awarded ‘Joint Winner’ in the categories of 5G Video Experience, 5G Live Video Experience, Availability and 5G Availability.

In Opensignal Singapore Mobile Network Experience, StarHub is recognised as the first Singaporean operator to win new overall Live Video Experience award, with a score of 68.4 points on a 100-point scale with a lead of 3.3 points over second place. This award quantifies live video streaming used for live events, such as live sports, game streams, music concerts. StarHub was also recognised as the ‘Most Consistent Network in Singapore’, as the sole winner of the Consistent Quality award achieving a score of 82.7%, with a lead of 2.9% over second. This award measures if a network is sufficient to support common mobile application requirements at a level that is ‘good enough’ for users to maintain (or complete) various typical demanding tasks on their devices.

This follows Opensignal’s Singapore Mobile Network Experience Report in June, which awarded StarHub all five awards for the overall experience categories, and ‘Winner’ in the 5G Video Experience, Excellent Consistent Quality and Core Consistent Quality categories. StarHub also was awarded ‘Joint Winner’ in the 5G Voice App Experience, 5G Download Speed, Availability and 5G Availability categories in the report.
