Goodbye data woes, hello worry-free data
Singapore, 22 February 2019 - Addressing the most significant customer concern in the Singaporean mobile communications market for years, StarHub today announced another major #HelloChange initiative to remove all uncertainty caused by extra monthly data usage charges.
Launching a new mobile add-on called '50GB with worry-free data', StarHub now offers customers the market's largest data bundle of 50GB for a flat $20 per month. This new add-on is available to all customers on postpaid plans, both with devices and SIM Only, that were introduced in December 2018.
Customers can enjoy surfing, streaming and social networking in abundance with price certainty even if they were to consume the data bundles associated with their chosen mobile plans. Should customers use up the additional 50GB, surfing speeds will be set at 1Mbps, which supports social chatting and casual internet browsing, at no charge till the end of the billing month. No action is required by the customer, as normal speeds will automatically resume at the start of the next billing month.
StarHub's recently launched #HelloChange mobile plans offer customers more choices, including freedom from contract and hidden fees. Popular add-ons like Caller Number Display (Caller ID) and International Roaming are free-of-charge as a standard offering, enabling customers to enjoy continuous savings of $15.35 every month. Customers will no longer have to worry about data bill shock once they add '50GB with worry-free data'.

Starting today, existing customers can simply add '50GB with worry-free data' at any time using the My StarHub app, without any one-time fees or contract commitments as imposed by other telco brands.
New customers can visit www.starhub.com/mobile to select their favourite mobile plan and get the SIM card delivered to their home free-of-charge.
