Adopted by the UN General Assembly in 2015, the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) represent an ambitious global agenda to achieve a sustainable future by 2030. The SDGs are universal, and countries are committed to sustainable development. We have identified 12 SDGs as our key focus of impact and has concentrated on specific targets within each goal to which we are able to make specific contributions.

Since 2011, StarHub has included fully-fledged Sustainability Reports in our Annual Reports.

Our Sustainability Report serves as a strong management tool to drive improvement and communication with stakeholders on our performance and enhance awareness on sustainability. It is through recognising and measuring our impact that we hope to expand on our current efforts and develop more ways through which we can minimise that impact for more sustainable operations.

Our Sustainability Report is prepared in line with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) 2021 Standards adopting more indicators from the latest GRI guidelines and following globally recognised frameworks such as UN SDGs, SASB, CDP, TCFD, and SBT. These endeavours enabled us to establish a baseline against which we could measure our future performance.
