General Mobile

1. For device offers on other mobile service plans, please visit our retail outlets or consumer.starhub.com/personal.
2. Relevant documents are to be produced for subscription to mobile services. Phone packages, offers and service plans are accurate at the time of printing and are subject to change.
3. Early Recontract Scheme is available to customers renewing between the 13th and 21st months of their mobile contracts. An Early Recontract Fee of $350 applies.
4. Advertised device offers and premiums are not applicable with Business sign-ups or other promotions, unless otherwise stated.  
5. All premiums are valid while stocks last and are not applicable at the online store unless otherwise stated.
6. All StarHub’s Mobile Terms & Conditions and fair usage policies apply, as listed in starhub.com/mobiletnc. StarHub reserves the right to amend Terms & Conditions without prior notice.

5G Unlimited+ / 5G Platinum Device Promotion

1. Promotion is valid from 13 November 2025 until a date determined by StarHub (“Promotion Period”).
   
2. Customers who (a) port-in or sign up for a mobile line under a 5G Unlimited+ Plan or 5G Platinum Plan, and (b) purchases a mobile handset (“Eligible Device”) using a StarHub Buy Now Pay Later arrangement during the Promotion Period will receive an additional one-time discount off the purchase price of the Eligible Device (“Promo Discount”). The value of the Promo Discount will depend on the plan selected:

3.   The value of the relevant Promo Discount will be applied upon approval of the StarHub Buy Now Pay Later arrangement, and the net purchase price of your Eligible Device (after deducting the Promo Discount) will be reflected in your StarHub Buy Now Pay Later account.

4.   Notwithstanding anything in these terms and conditions, StarHub will be entitled to recover the Promo Discount on a pro-rated basis during the StarHub Buy Now Pay Later Term in the following situations:

a.   The relevant StarHub Buy Now Pay Later arrangement is terminated by the customer;

b.   The relevant StarHub Buy Now Pay Later arrangement is terminated by StarHub in accordance with the Service Specific Terms & Conditions for 5G Unlimited+ and 5G Platinum Plans; or

c.   The customer switches to another mobile plan that is not a 5G Unlimited+ Plan or 5G Platinum Plan.

The value of the Promo Discount that StarHub will be prorated based on the remaining number of months in the StarHub Buy Now Pay Later Term.

5.   The Service Specific Terms & Conditions for 5G Unlimited+ and 5G Platinum Plans will apply, as listed in http://starhub.com/personal/support/5g-unlimited-and-5g-platinum.html. StarHub reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of this promotion without prior notice.

FREE Data Roaming Promotion for Star Plan M and Star Plan L ​(“Promotion”)

1. Promotion is valid from July 11, 2025 12PM till a date determined by StarHub, subject to the following terms and conditions.
2. Promotion is extended to:

   (a)   new sign-ups or port-ins to Star Plan M or Star Plan L. These new subscribers can sign-up via StarHub Online or StarHub App to enjoy the promotion;

   (b)   existing subscribers on Star Plan M, Star Plan L or SIM Only Plan (including Corporate Individual Scheme (CIS) customers) who perform a plan change / plan transfer via the StarHub App; and

   (c)    CIS customers who sign-up / port-in to Star Plan M or Star Plan L via this link.

3. All eligible subscribers on Star Plan M will enjoy FREE 1GB Data Roam    monthly to the Supported Destinations listed below (“Star Plan M Promo”).
4. All eligible subscribers on Star Plan L will enjoy additional 3GB Data Roam     monthly in addition to the original 2GB monthly Data Roam entitlement (“Star Plan L Promo”). The total monthly Data Roam entitlement under Star Plan L to the Supported Destinations listed below is 5GB.
5. The Star Plan M Promo and Star Plan L Promo will continue to apply for as    long as the subscriber remains on Star Plan M or Star Plan L, whichever    applies. 
6. The supported destinations for the Star Plan M Promo and Star Plan L Promo are Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Taiwan and South Korea only (“Supported Destinations”). In order to enjoy the promotions, subscribers will need to ensure that their devices are connected to Starhub’s roaming partner networks when travelling to the Supported Destinations. For more details on StarHub’s supported roaming partner networks, refer to FAQs here.  StarHub shall not be responsible for any costs or damages suffered by subscribers as a result of failing to ensure that their devices are connected to the relevant roaming partner network in a Supported Destination.
7. The subscriber will no longer enjoy the Star Plan M Promo or Star Plan L Promo (whichever applies) if there is any change to the subscriber’s mobile plan.
8. The following clauses apply to existing StarHub mobile subscribers:

   (a)   Existing subscribers on Star Plan M and Star Plan L (including CIS customers) must initiate a plan change via the StarHub App in order to activate the Star Plan M Promo and Star Plan L Promo, respectively.  For more information on how to initiate a plan change, please click here.

   (b)   Existing StarHub mobile postpaid subscribers who switch to Star Plan M or Star Plan L will not be allowed to later switch back to a postpaid Plan. For more info on switching plans, please refer to this FAQ.

   (c)    Any promotions that an existing subscriber enjoys before initiating the plan change will be terminated after the plan change is completed.

9. The StarHub Consumer General Terms & Conditions, and the Service Specific Terms & Conditions for Star Plans, and fair usage policies (the “Service Terms & Conditions”), as listed here, will apply. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Promotion terms and conditions and the Service Terms & Conditions, these Promotion terms and conditions shall prevail. StarHub reserves the right to amend these Promotion terms and conditions without prior notice.​

FREE 12-month SmartSupport Lite subscription with Star Plan

1. The promotion period starts on 10 July 2025 and ends on 30 September 2025 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).
2. Each new or port-in line under Star Plan M and L signed up via StarHub App and StarHub website during the Promotion Period will receive a free 12-month SmartSupport Lite subscription for the customer’s preferred device subject to the following:
   a. Customer is entitled to two (2) requests for a Device Refresh in a rolling 12-month period commencing from the activation date of the SmartSupport Lite subscription (“Free Subscription Period”), subject to payment of the applicable service fee; and
   b. the StarHub Service Specific Terms & Conditions for SmartSupport Lite, which is set out here, will apply
   (the “Promotion”).
3. A “Device Refresh” under the SmartSupport Lite service includes, among other things, (i) front screen replacement; (ii) detailed cleaning; (iii) diagnostic service; (iv) operating system refresh; (v) provision of cleaning solution kit and (vi) a device accessory. Please refer to the StarHub Service Specific Terms & Conditions for SmartSupport Lite for more details of the service.
4. This Promotion is not available for new or port-in Star Plan lines if purchased together with a mobile device, tablet, or any other SmartSupport service in the same transaction.
5. The SmartSupport Lite subscription cannot be terminated during the Free Subscription Period.
6. In the event of termination of the Star Plan line, the SmartSupport Lite subscription will be terminated with immediate effect.
7. A customer is entitled to upgrade to a SmartSupport subscription three (3) months after the activation date of the SmartSupport Lite subscription. For the avoidance of doubt, the free 12-month SmartSupport Lite subscription will be terminated upon the approval of the upgrade.
8. Each customer may choose to either terminate the SmartSupport Lite subscription or upgrade to a SmartSupport subscription at the end of the Free Subscription Period. In the event that no action is taken at the end of the Free Subscription Period, the customer will be charged the prevailing monthly fee for the SmartSupport Lite subscription (currently, S$4 per month excluding GST).
9. The StarHub Consumer General Terms & Conditions, and the Service Specific Terms & Conditions for Star Plans, and fair usage policies (the “Service Terms & Conditions”), as listed here, will also apply. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Promotion terms and conditions and the Service Terms & Conditions, these Promotion terms and conditions shall prevail. StarHub reserves the right to amend these Promotion terms and conditions without prior notice.​

FREE SmartSupport subscription with eligible device purchase (Online exclusive)

1. StarHub mobile plan subscribers who purchase device models which are eligible under the below-listed promotions will receive free a SmartSupport subscription for the specified period (each a “Free Subscription Period”). These promotions do not apply to existing subscribers whose mobile plans already come with a SmartSupport subscription. Current Promotions to which these terms and conditions apply are: 
   
   
   •  Eligible Devices with StarPlan (App & web) – 1-month Free Subscription Period 
   • Eligible Devices with Contract plans (web only) – 2-month Free Subscription Period 
   • iPhone17 Pre-order – 3-month Free Subscription Period 
   • iPhone17 post launch (until 31st Dec 2025 only) – 2-month Free Subscription Period
     
2.  With this free trial of SmartSupport, an eligible subscriber will be entitled to unlimited Swaps and Device Refresh, and 1 Replacement within each 12-month period (subject to payment of the relevant service fees). 3.  In the event of termination of the mobile line that is associated with the purchased device, the SmartSupport subscription will also be terminated with immediate effect.
4.  An eligible subscriber may subsequently choose to either terminate the free SmartSupport subscription or upgrade to a paid SmartSupport subscription at any point of time. In the event that no action is taken at the end of the Free Subscription Period, the subscriber will be charged the prevailing monthly fee for the SmartSupport subscription (currently, S$14.26 per month including GST).
5.  The StarHub Consumer General Terms & Conditions, and the Service Specific Terms & Conditions for Star Plans, and fair usage policies (the “Service Terms & Conditions”), as listed here, will also apply. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Promotion terms and conditions and the Service Terms & Conditions, these Promotion terms and conditions shall prevail. StarHub reserves the right to amend these Promotion terms and conditions without prior notice.

Device Discount Promotion

1. Promotion is valid till a date determined by StarHub.
2. Sign up a new or recontract to a 2-year Device Plan S/M/L/XL to enjoy discount on selected devices.
3. Mutually exclusive with any other device promotion or Business sign ups unless otherwise stated.
4. Promotion is applicable to all Corporate Individual Scheme (CIS) customers.
5. General Mobile Terms & Conditions apply.

FREE Data Promotion for 4G SIM Only Plans​

1. Promotion valid till a date determined by StarHub.
2. Only valid for sign up or recontract via the StarHub Shop and not valid for sign up or recontract via StarHub Online Store and for change of plan via StarHub App or My Account.​
3. Not applicable to StarHub’s Seniors Go Digital SIM Only plans.​
4. Extra 50GB (30GB at retail shops) promotion is applicable for 24 consecutive months with sign up to 4G $25 SIM Only plan, thereafter the plan will revert to the original bundle of 30GB for 4G $25 SIM Only.​
5. Extra 65GB (45GB at retail shops promotion is applicable for 24 consecutive months with sign up to 4G $25 SIM Only 1 year plan. Thereafter, the plan will revert to the original bundle of 35GB for 4G $25 SIM Only 1-year plan.​

2. To receive the Amazon Voucher, the eligible subscriber must successfully activate the 3-month free Amazon Prime membership that is provided with the 2-year Device Plan S/M/L/XL via the StarHub app.
