Terms & Conditions – Free GrabGifts Voucher for new sign-ups promotion

  • This Promotion is valid for customers who sign up for SmartSupport Home from 16 November to 31 December 2023, or while stocks last (“Promotional Period”).
  • An eligible customer who successfully applies for SmartSupport Home during the Promotional Period (each, an “Eligible Customer”) will qualify for 1 GrabGift e-voucher valued at $10 (the “Promotion”).
  • StarHub reserves the right to determine the eligibility of each customer under this Promotion, and to disqualify any Eligible Customer.
  • All Grab vouchers are subject to the terms and conditions accompanying them. All vouchers are not exchangeable for cash in part of in full or for another e-voucher, and are non-refundable. Grab is not a participating partner or sponsor in this Promotion.
  • StarHub shall not be responsible in any way whatsoever for the validity, utility, suitability or fitness for purpose of the e-vouchers.
  • StarHub's prevailing business general and applicable service specific terms and conditions (which are set out at www.starhub.com) apply. StarHub reserves the right to amend, suspend, withdraw or terminate, whether in whole or in part, the Promotion and/or any of these terms and conditions without notice and at StarHub's absolute discretion.
  • Participation in this Promotion shall constitute acceptance of all these terms and conditions and any amendments thereof.
  • The GrabGift e-voucher will be issued via an e-redemption code provided by email to the Eligible Customer.  The email will be sent during the month following the month of successful application for SmartSupport Home.
