StarHub ups the ante with new loyalty programmes, StarHub Rewards and Hub Club
Singapore, 17 October 2003 - StarHub today announced its first-ever Hub Club as part of its continual efforts to enhance its customer rewards and recognition programme. Membership to this exclusive club is extended to StarHub's consumer customers who subscribe to all three of StarHub's services, namely mobile post-paid, cable TV and MaxOnline.
Hub Club members get to enjoy attractive discounts on their monthly subscription for mobile, cable TV and MaxOnline services. Members can also share this privilege with their families by nominating up to three additional mobile lines to enjoy the monthly discounts. Other benefits include a Hub Club Welcome Bonus of 300 StarHub Rewards Monthly Points, as well as exclusive members' privileges like priority invitations to experience new StarHub services, invitations to special events and more. Hub Club members can also participate in exclusive monthly promotions to win fabulous prizes conducted just for them.

Eligibility of Hub Club membership
Customers who wish to join the Hub Club need to be an existing subscriber of all three of StarHub's services, namely mobile post-paid, cable TV and MaxOnline services. These services must be registered under the same subscriber name, identification number and residential address.
Registration of Hub Club membership
Registration for the Hub Club membership is available from 18 October 2003 to 30 September 2004. Customers can do so via StarHub's website. All nominated accounts and mobile numbers need to be active at the point of registration.
An integrated loyalty programme extended to all consumer customers of StarHub's mobile post-paid, cable TV, IDD, MaxOnline, Digital Voice and dial-up Internet services, StarHub Rewards allows them to get more out of their monthly expenditure on the services.
