Singapore, 3 June 2010 – MediaCorp, SingTel and StarHub are pleased to announce that they have sealed an agreement to air "live" the four key matches of the 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa™ on MediaCorp’s free-to-air Channel 5 and HD5.

The World Cup is a major event that has a legion of fans in Singapore and we have received many requests to air the matches. MediaCorp Channel 5 and HD5 will air the Opening match, 2 Semi-Final matches and Final match "live" with same/next-day encores.
