We are delighted and humbled that the latest national Customer Satisfaction Index of Singapore (CSISG) study has announced that customer satisfaction scores for StarHub Mobile and Broadband are the highest among all other operators in Singapore. Customer satisfaction is a key performance index for us, and we take all feedback seriously. We truly appreciate the strong support of our customers, as we continue to look for new ways to engage customers, build deeper relationships, and meet customer expectations.
Despite COVID-19 related challenges, our staff worked hard to give our customers a better experience. We are heartened that the efforts of our staff are reflected in the lead we have achieved over our competitors for Mobile and Broadband services. According to Opensignal in its latest June 2021 country report, StarHub led in five network performance categories, including Video Experience and Download Speed. With the launch of our 5G Standalone (SA) services just around the corner, we are also eager to allow customers to hop onto StarHub’s market-first 5G service, one of Singapore’s widest and most extensive by issuing brand-new 5G SIM cards to all re-contracting and new Mobile+ subscribers.
In terms of the Pay TV service, changing customer preferences are intensifying our efforts in our all-in-one entertainment service StarHub TV+, which constantly receives updates and content catalogue expansions. StarHub is the first and only operator in Singapore to offer Disney+ to customers, which is also bundled in multiple deals at no additional cost, to give them an unrivalled entertainment experience.
