Singapore, 15 May 2025 – StarHub has opened its new flagship shop at Paragon in Orchard Road. Designed to feel more like a lifestyle space than a traditional telco outlet, the flagship invites customers to explore and experience technology in a setting that feels intuitive, relaxed and refreshingly different.
The opening comes as StarHub celebrates 25 years in Singapore, reflecting its continued focus on making everyday technology simpler and more enjoyable.
A Retail Experience Reimagined
From the moment customers walk in, the shop sets a different tone. The layout is open and calming, with soft lighting, natural textures and a flow that makes it easy to explore. At its centre is The Lawn, a comfortable waiting area surrounded by immersive digital displays featuring the latest products, services and entertainment.
Instead of queue numbers and counters, customers are welcomed by a concierge and checked in. When it’s their turn, they receive an SMS and are met by a service advisor, with both names shown on a tablet. For added ease, appointments can also be booked online.
QR codes placed throughout the shop give customers instant access to information, offers and services. Whether they prefer to browse independently or speak with someone, support is always nearby.
Explore More In-Store
In the mobile and accessories zone, customers can get hands-on with a wide selection of devices and premium accessories. The home entertainment zone brings together the latest in content, connectivity and tech in an interactive, try-it-yourself format. A “Customer Favourites” wall, featured in both zones, highlights top picks and makes it easy to see what’s trending.
A dedicated lounge provides StarHub’s valued Platinum customers with priority service and complimentary coffee in a comfortable, private setting.
